Welcome from our Chief Officer Keith Rowley

I look forward to welcoming you all to the 2023 Winter Conference when we’ll be returning to Manchester Central.

The choice to return to the venue this year was an easy one after the record success of the 2022 event with well in excess of 700 people attending across the two days and 530 people attending our gala dinner.

There was a special buzz of excitement last year and I was proud to see such a diverse representation of HCSA’s members and supporters at the conference.

We are determined to replicate that success this year and that will in large part be down to everyone signing up and attending.

Once again, we have an exciting line up of speakers covering a range of varied topics that I’m sure will be thought-provoking and insightful for delegates.

This will all build on our theme of “One NHS Procurement and Supply Chain” where, in a climate of unprecedented challenge across the NHS, coming together as one profession has never been more important if we are to find new and innovative ways to address the challenges we face and protect the NHS.
